From the junction 39 of the M1 travel towards Wakefield on the A636, past two roundabouts until you reach some traffic lights, turn right into Calder Island Business Park and left at the first mini roundabout and straight on at the next mini roundabout taking you into Greens car park.
From Wakefield city centre
Travel along the A636 passing Sainsburys Supermarket on your left and Thornes park on your right hand side and encountering two roundabouts, the A636 then goes past some traffic lights and beneath a railway bridge then along towards the river Calder. As you come to the third set of traffic lights you will turn left between the pub and the Jaguar Garage (Hatfields), and then left again at the first mini roundabout, along to the next mini roundabout and straight ahead into Greens health and Fitness car park.
