Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP)
What is NLP?
NLP is all about how your mind and body work together. It is often described as a set of tools that show us how to run our mind, enabling us to manage our states, emotions and behaviours.
It explores the relationship between our thinking (Neuro) how we communicate (Linguistic) and our patterns of behaviour (Programmes).
NLP enables you to understand yourself, how you think, how you feel and how you make sense of everything around you.
Once you have a greater understanding how you and other people work, it will give you more control over how you live your life and also how you interact with others.
How could it help you?
You can use NLP in many areas of your life to:
- Focus on what you want
- Achieve your goals more easily
- Change unhelpful habits
- Improve how you communicate with yourself and others
- Feel more confident
- Improve and maintain motivation
- Overcome limiting beliefs
- Manage stress more effectively
